Honey harmonizes garlic, lemon and onion to create the sweetest warrior you will ever meet. Named after my grandfather, who would swoop in at the slightest sniffle with this warm blend to defeat any bug that dared cross his threshold! He would this blend to hot water (with spirits for him or without for us kids) to relieve cold symptoms. A warm blanket is a definite must!

This flavor-packed infusion is also amazing on seafood, in glazes, sauces, or on roasted vegetables.
